The main responsibilities of the project manager are:

establish with the client of projects area, assure projects progress in its area;

check deliverables before present to the Project's Coordinator of the Client;

assure quality of processes and deliverables with responsibility.

The internal responsibilities (RomSoft) can be transferred from the Project Manager to its subordinate.

Technical consultants are responsible with database installation and will ofer consultancy and technical support for technical problems solving .
