WORKPLACE RULES
Workplace rules are necessary for the orderly operation of the Company. Failure by an employee to comply with the following rules may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. The Company reserves the right to use 11111w222l appropriate disciplinary action for violation of its workplace rules and to add to or change these rules as needed. These Workplace Rules do not change an employee's "at-will" status.
1. The use of alcohol or illegal drugs at any time while on the job, during normal work hours, and/or while
on Company property is strictly prohibited.
2. Reporting to work under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
3. Employees are expected to keep their work areas clean and orderly and to follow all Company safety
rules and procedures.
4. The building premises are a non-smoking area. Employees may smoke only in specified areas outside of the building.
5. The Company reserves the right to administer drug tests to any employee or prospective employee of the
Company.
6. Theft or unauthorized use of Company property or that of another employee is strictly prohibited. This
includes proprietary information of the Company.
7. Employees shall comply with all requirements of the Company to document the use of products and supplies and to maintain accurate inventory records as may be required.
8. All employees shall comply with all Company requirements related to computer usage and shall not use
any password that is not known to management. All passwords shall be recorded in the password log
located in the central office and backed up in the central computer system. Employees shall update
passwords in the computer log as they are changed.
Company property shall not be used for personal use. This includes the use of the Company's working
tools and material, equipment, computers, printers, fax machines, telephones and vehicles.
10. Employees are expected to immediately report any accident that occurs on the job. The report should be
made to the employee's supervisor or the office manager.
11. Willful falsification of an employment application or other data used or requested by the Company is
prohibited and may lead to immediate termination.
12. Employees are prohibited from possessing firearms, illegal and legal weapons or explosives on Company
property.
13. Employees will be expected to work such overtime as may be requested.
Please inform your relatives and friends that they should not visit you on the work property.
The Company has a "No Trespassing" rule for the work premises.
