Credentials: Membership in the Administrators group on the local computer.
Tools: Iis.msc.
As a security best practice, log on to your computer using an account that is not in the Administrators group, and then use the Run as command to run IIS Manager as an administrator. At the command prompt, type runas /user:administrative_accountname "mmc %systemroot%\system32\inetsrv\iis.msc".

To determine Web sites that are uniquely identified by an IP address in IIS 5.0
Open Administrative Tools, and then click Internet Service Manager.
In IIS Manager, expand the server, right-click the Web site, and then click Properties.
On the Web Site tab, under IP Address, note whether there is a specific IP address assigned to this Web site. A specific IP address entry in this box denotes a uniquely identified Web site.
