Purpose
This is a driver for the VIA Chrome9 HC IGP. The driver runs on Windows Vista.

CRT only: Enable CRT only and restart OS. Plug out CRT in POST, the systems will restart automatically when the OS is loading.
All Duoview: Play video files with PowerDVD7.0.2211.0 and switch device in S3ColorPlus utility, the S3utility page was covered with video overlay.
CRT only: S3Color Plus icon is different to other S3 utility.

Playing DVD dynamic title menu then moving the mouse, the display will be abnormal but the audio is working well.
Patch issue: No CR. Play video with Media Player11 on Windows Vista, audio would lag while previewing screen server (Windows Energy/Bubbles/Aurora) under VISTA.(User login).
Patch issue: LCD only: Play AVI/MPEG1/MPEG4/WMV9 video file (ex: BABYCHA2/HORSE2/T_MUM2/Snowboard) with MediaPlayer11.0.6000.6324 at windows/full screen mode, there is transparent garbage line on video image.
Play DVD title (ex: THE FIFTH ELEMENT) with MediaPlayer11.0.6000.6324 at windows/full screen mode, there is transparent garbage line on video image.

Swap Primary and Secondary in S3Display
Enabled with SW Culling function by default from Vista INF. The SW cull will have 2~5% performance improvement with 3D BenchMark.
we can not remove VGA driver from "Uninstall or change a program" if we use INF update to install driver.No CR. LM10W-031: In LCD only set resolution low than 1280x800 and disable the "Expand panel image", after resume from S3 or S4 it will be enabled automatically.

Play video with Media Player11 on Windows Vista, audio would lag while previewing screen server ("Windows Energy ) under VISTA.
Play DVD title with mplayer11 at full screen mode, move cursor to function bar, caused the video image lag (AREO disable).
TV only: Resume from ACPI S1/S3/S4, the output devices will be change.

TV only: The "Flicker filter" function will be shift to left-top corner in TV Adjustments page.
TV only: The "Position" and "Chromo Vision" function are no effect in TV Adjustments page.

Fix CRT monitor flicker when user connect a non-DDC monitor. Patch solution for non-DDC monitor in mobile platform. We can't fully support TMM feature when use connect a non-DDC monitor.

Vista Game (Command & Conquer Generals): Play game and menu will delay. Can not see mouse cursor in main menu. (*note: Delay is not fixed; "Can not see mouse cursor in main menu" is fixed.)
Vista Game (Battlefield 2): Can not join the game. It will return to desktop.
Play DVD movies disc "The Lord of the Rings" lagging with MediaPlayer 11.
Baseline (speedy+DVD) lag issue.
CRT only: Play DVD title with MediaPlayer11, move window or change full screen, the video image will delay. (Aero on)

Add S3trayplus.
Play VCD by MP, move mouse cursor on overlay then click right bottom of mouse, Video play very slowly.
The CPT panel will flash white screen when S3/S4 resume.
Vista build-in brightness adjust function fail
It can't be switched to LCD only and the resolution will auto change to 800*600 when set resolution to 1280x1024 in CRT only then use ACPI hotkey Fn+F3 to switch display device.
VISTA driver conflict between P4M900 and S3G Matrix

Update INF file and add file S3default.UNS in driver package
LCD screen appears some garbage when change resolution to 1280x1024 and 1400x1050 in Vista
CRT no display when switch display device to CRT only by ACPI hotkey.
LCD no display after uncheck expand panel image setting in Vista.
It can not uninstall VGA driver and utility after reboot.
There is a garbage line under the mouse cursor when the screen resolution is 800*600.
Un-Plug devices under SAMM/Mirror, the display not change to only device display.
LCD only: Enable LCD center mode from S3Utility,the LCD no display(black screen).

CRT only: Play MPEG1/WMV9 video file with MediaPlayer11.0.5424.6167 at full screen mode, the video image appear green garbage block at the bottom.
CRT only: Play High Bitrate MPG file (1080i) (ex: HDTV) with PowerDVD6.00.2003e/WinDVD7.0B.27172, the video image will lag.
CRT only: Play/move/resize video file/DVD title with MediaPlayer11/RealPlayer10.5/QuickTime7.0.2/PowerDVD6.00.2003e/WinDVD7.0B.27172 at window/full screen mode, the video images delay seriously.
