This database is a strong tool for the company, it will be a good way to increase loyalty and inform the customers about new products, special events or promotions. The database can be used to get a feed back from the customer, by asking them their satisfaction about the product and let them propose ideas to improve the product or new product that can be useful for them and their pets.
It is an extra trump so that the customer feels close to the company.
