Instructions: Each motif is 42 x 42 stitches. Use 3 strands of DMC thread for fu 18518v213s ll cross stitches. Use 1 strand of DMC thread for backstitching. You will be making three double sided pages with each 4 motifs (12 motifs in total). To start the first page you will need a piece of fabric approximately 5x9 inches ( 12 x 21 cm). Stitch 2 motifs per 5x9 piece of fabric. After you have stitched 4 motifs you are ready to create the first double sided page: Center 2 pieces wrong sides together and cut pattern on red cutting line Straight stitch on green stitching line to baste pieces together Add bias tape around outside of pieces using basting line (green line) as placement line.
