Dear Mr. Constantinescu
I am pleased to offer you employment with Al - Bilad S & B Clough Ltd (the Company) on the following terms and conditions.
This offer is made subject to the approval of a visa, the Employment Position and the Nominated
Candidate (You, the Employee) by the Client, Saudi Aramco.
Employment Position
You will be employed as Engineer Specialist level 2 (Mechanical).
Commencement Date of this Agreement
Your employment will commence on September 1, 2007 or a date to be mutually agreed.
Term of Agreement
Your employment shall be for a period of twenty four (24) months unless terminated earlier in accordance with this agreement. If the term of your employment is extended, the Company will prepare a new employment agreement on terms to be agreed.
