Every company has to look for the seven "R". This can be applied also to your company.

Learning more about what you are doing helps you to get you ahead of what it is. The gap between where are you are and where you want to be is filled by knowledge and skill

The important principles that we should take account of, are:

Learning how to learn should start with how our body works. Our brain is composed, actually, by three different types of brains.

In conclusion: you should have a positive mood and, therefore, be actively involved in the process, using all three brain 949e41j s.

Use and develop all the seven types of intelligence that you can have.

Relax and visualize the benefits from learning. Deep breath from stomach, raise the chin, close your fists. Then visualize it. Feel, see, hear. State mind is crucial.

o       recall an exiting moment and bring it clearly into your mind

o       intensified that memory - what did you see, hear, feel, look from inside

o       think to one word to summarize the event - a powerful key word

o       raise your chain and eyes

o       clench your fist

o       intensify the moment, recreate and rejoice it

o       unclench the fist

Setting your goals: the most vivid are your goals the more you will be willing to learn and success. The external performance is conditioned by the way you are seen in the inside. This is set in the middle brain, in the subconscious. This is activated by images, pictures, emotions. The conscious mind is activated by words, linear logic. The things are memorized better if the subconscious mind is activated, through emotions rather that through logic.

Take in the new information

5 senses> see, hear, feel, taste, smell. The last two are not used in learning. There are fore there are three 3 types of learners

- visual learners (35%)> picture, written words

- auditory learners (20%)> conversations, teaching

- physical learners ()> active physical involvement In the process

We have different memory for the all three types of learning. Activate the all three and you will increase your efficiency of learning.
