School plays a more important role in shaping one`s personality
School is the second home for children. It is supposed to be
an institution that educates personalities, that's why its goal should be: free
evolution of children, high quality information, development of the abilities

The rôle of the school is primarily that of controlling the environment so as
to provide the best opportunities for the development of constructive habit
patterns and to assist the individual to gain insight into his own problems so
that he will be able to face reality squarely and thus preserve a normal
personality.
To my mind, before children are exposed to school they live in natural reality. Even if the child's reality is burdened with economic difficulties and family problems, children who are at home with their parents do not have to endure the psychological violence and hostility of classroom life. When children enter school, they enter a conditioned existence where they are forced to conform to a system that fails to recognize them as living, breathing human beings with natural needs, feelings, interests. As I see it, in order to manage the enormous gap between the natural reality in their lives before going to school and the complete lack of natural reality along with the constant psychological duress found in the classroom, children must stretch themselves out and push their limits to the maximum.
In contrast to family education, school education is founded on techniques, methods and strategies. A significant feature that differentiates school and family education is the group predestination of the information which is adapted to the average level. I personally consider that in school lacks the individual approach towards education. But the advantage of school education is the possibility to accommodate to group studing and society. That forms the ability to insert the individual abilities into a common flow of the society. These are meant for enriching the intellectual level of each youngster and especially to discover hidden possibilities. Therefore, to reach these results it is very important to engage specialists trained in pedagogy and psychology.
To conclude with, I strongly sustain that the school personality becomes the permanent, dominant personality structure overriding the child's natural instincts, interests and goals of what would have been the natural character and personality of the individual.
