A funny story
These friends of mine wanted a new carpet so they went to the shop and chose one and the carpet-fitter came round to fit it while they were 838e46i out at work. When he had finished he found there was a bump right in the middle. He realized this must be a pack of cigarettes that he'd put down absent-mindedly, so he jumped up and down on the bump till it was flat.
The family got home and admired the carpet. They asked the man if he had seen their pet canary which was missing. It was then that he noticed his cigarettes on the hall table.
