How to write a novel (a non-expert piece of advice)

I haven't mentioned anything about the setting or the genre and I insist a lot on the heroes of the work but I consider that exactly as in real life.people with their actions and reactions are the main elements. That is why I persist in creating characters that are very close to what readers are, characters as complex as possible because boring and unconvincing presences can compromise even the best story before it's finished . Try to bring together all the human types and teach people through your work lessons as friendship or happiness; base your heroes on real-life experiences and give them new motivations. Develop the plot by giving your protagonist something to accomplish and let him show his qualities in fulfilling the theme of the novel. Draw the conflict of the work and let all the characters show themselves as they are.good or bad.as in real life.
Create an antagonist. The conflict is always more interesting that way! Your characters are not inexpressive people who just dropped out of the sky. They are part of the work you are creating and their actions add to your story and help it to go on until the final climax.
When you start writing a novel I fancy that you have to be as a great painter that visualizes the image by closing his eyes and who only needs to paint it.
