Consider the following scenario:
Today is the 16th of the month
Client's payroll date is the 21st of the month
Synygy's contract with the client guarantee 14114q168o s that we will meet their payroll date if National Sales data is delivered by the 15th of the month
If data is received by noon tomorrow, Synygy can still meet client's payroll date
If data is not received by noon tomorrow, client will be unable to issue paychecks until next month
Please write a short (5-6 sentences) email message to the client's project manager ("Jim Smith") informing him of the situation, and explaining the possible outcomes.

Email Message 2 (Associate candidates only):
Consider the following scenario:
Your client is seeking to increase the efficiency of the monthly processing cycle by improving communication among their IT, sales management, finance, and accounting departments
Your main contact has asked you to organize a meeting among selected individuals from each department
All invitees are extremely busy, and making time for this meeting will be difficult for them
The invitees have all previously worked with you and the Synygy team
The meeting will take place on Monday in conference room 5A
Please write a short (5-6 sentences) email to the group inviting them to attend this meeting.

Consider the following scenario:
Synygy has just completed the first payroll cycle for a new client
The processing cycle was a difficult one, requiring extra effort by both Synygy and the client team
The process concluded successfully, and on time
Please write a short (5-6 sentences) email message to the client team thanking them for their extra effort, and "selling" Synygy's ongoing commitment to their success.

Dear Mr. Smith ,
My name is Bogdan Campean, Project Manager for Synygy and through this email I want to let you know about the situation we are dealing with now. The National Sales data have not yet arrived and today is the 16th of the month, so because of that we are not able to guarantee that we will meet the payroll date as is stipulated in the contract. However, if we will receive the data by noon tomorrow we can still meet the payroll date. If we don't receive the data by noon tomorrow we will not be able to issue paychecks until next month. I hope this situation will be immediately solved and our cooperation in the future will be better to serve our common interests.
