As most clever people have probably noticed over the past 12 years, I don't like getting out of my darkness, so I will make this as "short" as I can and crystal clear, once for all : I have decided to leave the dying once Underground now 12 years ago, in 1996. I had my reasons, and I will not explain them here, nor will I ever justify myself, as I don't owe anything to anyone. The expression "dying once Underground" is a sufficient explanation for all those who used to know me and my art for what we truly are, far from any rumour, for a 21521m128v ll those who have known the once Underground since its beginning as me, and simply for all those who have a brain and use it... For now 12 years, I have been harmed (and so were The Black Legions too) by what is probably the most unbelievable piracy that ever existed in "music", whatever the style. The main reason for all that shit was certainly the fact that some people who have been in touch with me in the past (they know who they are) have shamefully betrayed me and made copies of my demos without permission for bad purposes. The best example is the Bèlkètre 1996 demo Ambre Zuèrkl (and not zuetki as the impostors spelled it so miserably) Vuorhdrévarvtre, which I did record to less than 5 persons when it was out with the mention "don't spread". Everyone knows what happened then. I am now quite sure too, that a few void people also pretended to be me to sell some shit and make money. Until today, and although I have always been aware of everything that has been done to me (and The Black Legions) as far as piracy and slander are concerned, I have never answered, nor taken any serious action. Again, I had my reasons, and again I will not explain them nor justify myself. Today, and although getting out of my darkness is the last thing that I wanted to do, I have to, and this time I will explain why : Until now, and to my knowledge, the acts of piracy that harmed my works had always been the same : using old demos provided by betrayers and faking them into countless illegal pathetic bootlegs sold on the internet to abuse people. I have always been amazed to see that there were countless people to buy such shit and, even worse, countless people to believe this shit was genuine. But that is not my problem, as people are free to buy and to believe whatever they want and they only are responsible for their lack of maturity. And any clever person seeing that there was no sign coming from the true Vordb in 12 years could have guessed that this whole thing was pure bullshit. Lately, something new happened : a new era in fakes, works that are not mine but use my name, project's name and logo. A new trend for the next decade ? No, because this time, people will stop it, knowing that they are the very best way to stop it by simply not believing lies and buying shit anymore. They have already proven they can do it... I will close this information text by one last very important thing : If people really respect me as they so often say they do, how come they do not respect my decision to leave the once Underground and to live the life that I have chosen (and that is nobody's business except mine ) For me the Underground died many years ago. Today, what I see and that still dare to call itself "the Underground" makes me puke : it has become the overground, not a world I can be a part of. However, I do respect the fact that people still believe in it and still live in it, but I personally don't believe in it and live in it anymore, so these people must respect my opinion and choice, just as I respect theirs, or they will meet me in court. How come that among so many people who have been dwelling upon me for so many years, almost no one seem to have understood that if I was so silent, it simply meant that I didn't want to have anything to do with this world that disgusts me so much ? If you really admire my work and sincerely want to pay a tribute to it, do exactly the contrary as you do : stop buying these shit fake works and boycott them, and this "unending" trend will end (it is just unending because people feed it !), delete all these internet pages full of wrong things, and keep my works where they should have always stayed : in the dark, far from the light of the overground, and simply remember that when the once Underground collapsed, I prefered to stop anything than being a part of its fall. It is the only thing that should be remembered, and this is the very best tribute you could all pay to me and my work. I hope it will be clear now : I am not coming back anywhere, I am not here to make any contact, so don't waste your time writing me or asking me anything about myself or The Black Legions, which are dead and gone since years. I am only speaking in my own name, as an artist and as an individual, and always remember that only Vordb knows the truth about Vordb, and that no one may ever speak in my name... Be it said, once for all : I am who I want to be, I do what I want to do, and that's it ! Leave me and my works alone in darkness.
