Fish brine
INGREDIENTS:
4 fillets of fish, 750ml water, 4 littlel pieces of garlic, fresh pasley, dried thyme, large-grained salt.
PREPARATION:
Chafe the fish with large-grained salt and roast it on a kitchen range or grill. Boil the water and put it into a tureen with garlic, thyme, and cut parsley.
When the fish is good take it and put on the gravy. You can eat it with hot pepper.
