Ginger Marinade
2 ea Garlic; fresh, chopped clove 3 tb Balsamic vinegar
1 ts Ginger; fresh grated 1 tb Rosemary
1 ea Onion ; halved and cut in s
put in dish just big enough to hold the meat. Add a dry red wine until
meat is 3/4 covered. Turn often.
