INGREDIENTS:




For the dough:

3 eggs

O cup of milk

500 gr. Flour

a sashet of yeast

100 ml. oil

100 gr. Sugar

For the filling:

750 gr salted cow 13513k1019n cheese

100 gr. Butter

200 ml. cream

50 gr.

50 gr flour

200 gr sugar

5 eggs

100 gr dried grapes

30 ml rum,orange skin or lemon

PREPARATION:


In a pan with butter put a sheet of dough 2 cm thick.On the laterall put a coronet from dough.

Make 4 steaks pf dough as thick as a pencil ,which are caught at an end and are wraped together 2 by 2

In the middle space put the filling.Rub the cheese in a bowl until it becomes like a cream,put the yoak`s,melted butter(but cold),cream,flour,orange skin and the dried grapes,which were putted in rum or milk.

The egg whites are beaten with hard foam ,put the sugar ,a tea spoon of rum ,and when the composition hardens ,the cheese is put ,mixing gently with a mixing spoon

The dugh is pressed on the laterall with the hand ,,tall on the laterall of the oventray,and in the middle put the cream that it`s nivelated.

Over it it`s put a grill made from dough,and it`t rubbed with an egg ,and it`s put on the oven until it becomes goldie!
