Continuous welded rail may be included provided no weld is over 9 inches from the end of the piece of rail.

PROCEDURE:

2.     737y2422h ;  Buyer issues fresh new LOI/ICPO on company letterhead with soft probe & BCL.

3.     737y2422h ;  Seller issues FCO and Draft Contract.

4.     737y2422h ;  Buyer should sign and seal the FCO and Draft Contract in telematics

5.     737y2422h ;  Seller allowed Buyer the yard visit

6.     737y2422h ;  Seller issues final contract to be signed and sealed by the buyer.

7.     737y2422h ;  Buyer issues the Non-Operative LC.

8.     737y2422h ;  Seller issues 2% PB which automatically activates the LC.

9.     737y2422h ;  POP (Proof of Product) against POF (Proof of Funds) via Swift MT 705 or Swift MT 799 as both proves funds and products simultaneously.

Shipping commences as per the delivery schedule mentioned in the Contract.
