Themes are comprised of different components, such as wallpapers, sounds, visual styles, screensavers, icons, and cursors. ThemeXP currently only distributes visual styles and wallpapers. We have also added Windows XP logins that let any XP user customize their login screen. 13213h74n
Visual Styles
In order to install visual styles, you must install TGT Soft's Styles XP. This will allow non- signed/checksummed themes with custom visual styles. Otherwise, the edited visual style defaults back to Windows Clasic.
Simple instructions for installing a visual from this site:
Download the visual styles .zip to your computer.
Extract the .zip file to your %windir%\resources\themes\ (probably c:\windows\resources\themes\).
Do Start > Settings > Control Panel to open the control panel.
Double-click the Display icon and go to the Appearance tab.
Select the theme from the "Windows and Buttons" list and hit the Apply button.

Download the .zip to your computer
Extract logonui.exe to a directory other than %windir%\system32 (most likely C:\windows\system32)
Reboot your computer into Safe Mode (hit F8 before the boot screen) or into true DOS (from a boot disk)
Overwrite the file %windir%\system32\logonui.exe (which should have been backed up) with the extracted exe
Reboot your computer as you normally would
Wallpapers

Extract the .jpg file from the .zip and open it in Microsoft Windows Picture and Fax Viewer.
