How to reformat Nokia
7700 and 7710?
In case of serious problems with your Nokia
7700/7710 (if e.g. your phone doesn't start or it is very unstable) use the
following method to reformat the device. Please, b 525r179f e aware that this function
brings your phone back to a factory state, i.e. it removes all applications,
files and data.
- Disconnect the charger and remove the battery.
- Wait for about ten seconds and insert the battery to
start the device.
- When you see the NOKIA welcome screen, immediately
press and hold two lower keys on the left side (the [= key and the Menu
key) and shortly after that press and hold the second key from the top on
the right side on the phone.
- Confirm that you want to format. Formatting will
start.
