Potato Croquettes
INGREDIENTS:
One teaspoon mixed spices
One teaspoon ground pepper
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
PREPARATION:
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
Make balls and pass in flour.
Heat oil in a pot and when oil is hot fry the balls at a low/medium temperature.
Turn the croquettes over until they are lightly brown coloured on all sides.
TIPS:
They can be served hot or cold with sauces, fried chicken, or other meats.
