Concluzii
Prevenirea este mult mai usoara decāt tratamentul, acest concept profilactic este valabil si īn cadrul infectie cu CT si ca atare, elaborarea unui vaccin ar trebui sa devina o urgenta medicala a acestui mileniu, acest vaccin va pute reduce impactul fizic si psihic deosebit al morbiditatii induse de CT asupra reproducerii umane.
Concomitent, evolutia tehnicilor de investigare si credibilitatea testelor de diagnostic trebuie sa contribuie la eficientizarea programelor de screening, care trebuie instituite la pacientele asimptomatice, utilizānd tehnicile de amplificare ADN din urina si/sau testele serologice.
