Main menu

  1. Main message IVR

For information about your BCR card, for lost or stolen card or for BCR credit card activation, press 1.

For general information about the retail products and services offered by BCR, press 2.

To access the phone banking service, press 3.

For BCR Exchange Rates for the current day, press 4. For other exchange rates press 2. Your call will be transferred to one of our consultants.

For technical support re 959m1210j garding the phone banking service, press 5.

In order to replay the main message, press 7.

Exchange rates Submenu message (2.4.):

Please select the currency. Press:

  • 1 for euro
  • 2 for US dollar
  • 3 for pound sterling
  • 4 for Swiss franc
  • 5 for Canadian dollar
  • 6 for Japanese yen
  • 7 for other currencies or previous exchange rates. Your call will be transferred to our consultant - transfer to General Information consultant.
  • In order to replay the exchange rates menu press 0.

3. Message for no selection: No option was selected. Your call will be transferred to one of our InfoBCR consultants.

4. Message for wrong selection: Your option is not valid. You will listen to the main menu again. Please select the desired option.

5. Message for a call outside working hours: Thank you for calling InfoBCR Service. In this moment your call can not be answered by any consultant. Please contact us for any information about the BCR products, services and phone banking service from Monday to Sunday from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. Thank you for your understanding.

6. Message for recording the conversation: Your call will be transferred immediately. By continuing this call you agree with its recording and use in order to improve the quality of our services. Thank you.

7. Message for waiting: Our consultants are treating other calls. Please hold the line. Your call will be transferred as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

2.3. Message for the phone banking service: Thank you for using the phone banking service. We remind you that you need to change your password at the first use of the service and after receiving a new password from a BCR branch. Thank you.

2.3.1. For password change, press 1.

2.3.2. To access the phone banking service, press 2.

2.3.3. For details regarding the phone banking service, press 3.

2.3.4. In order to replay this message, press 4.

2.3.1. Changing your default password

2.3.1.1. Message for typing the user number: Please enter your user number and then press #

2.3.1.1.1. Message if no user number is typed: No user name was typed. Please enter your user number and then press #.

2.3.1.1.2. Message for invalid user name: The user name you have typed is not valid. Please re-enter and press #.

2.3.1.1.3. Message for a invalid user number typed for 3 times: You made three invalid attempts to enter your user name. Your call can be transferred to the technical support service. For transfer press 6.

2.3.1.1.4. Message for entering a valid user number: You entered the following user number: (the application repeats what the client typed). Press # to validate it or press 0 to re-enter the user number.

2.3.1.1.5. Message for correct user name: The user name you have entered is valid. Thank you.

2.3.2. Message for the default password: Please enter your password. To confirm, press #, to re-enter the password press 0.

2.3.2.1. Message if no password was entered: No password was typed. Please enter your password and press #.

2.3.2.2. Message for incorrect password: The password you entered is not correct. Please re-enter the password and press #.

2.3.2.3. Message for an incorrect password entered 3 times/blocked account: You entered three incorrect passwords. Your account is blocked. To unblock your account please address a request at any BCR Branch or press 6 to be transferred to a technical support consultant. Thank you.

2.3.3. Message for correct default password and creating the new password: The password is correct. Please enter the new password containing 8 digits. To confirm the new password press #, to re-enter the new password press 0.

2.3.3.1. Message if no new password was entered: No new password was typed. Please enter your new password containing 8 digits and press #.

2.3.3.2. Message for incorrect new password: The new password you entered is not correct. Please re-enter it and press #. Please remember that your password must contain 8 digits.

2.3.3.3. Message to re-enter new password: To validate your new password please enter it again and press #. To enter your new password again press 0.

2.3.3.4. Message for successful password change: Your password was changed. Thank you.
