Each of the toolbars comes with different themes - the main tools, xtra tools, xtra operations, and so on. However, you can easily customize each toolbar with whatever commands you would like.
To open the Custom 20520t1911u ize Toolbars dialog box (Win):
Choose Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts. The Customize dialog box appears.
Click the Toolbars tab to open the controls for the Toolbars
To open the Custom 20520t1911u ize Toolbars dialog box (Mac):
Choose Window > Toolbars > Customize. The Customize Toolbars dialog box appears
To add an icon to a toolbar:
Open the toolbar that you want to customize.
Open the Customize Toolbars dialog box as explained in the previous exercises.
Open the categories on the left side of the Customize Toolbars dialog box to find the command that you want to add to a toolbar.
Select the command. The icon for the command highlights on the right side of the dialog box.
Drag the icon for the command onto the toolbar.
TIP
In addition to the toolbars listed under the Window > Toolbars menu, you can drag icons onto the Tools panel
To delete icons from the toolbars:
With the Customize Toolbars dialog box open, drag an icon off any toolbar
or
Hold the Cmd/Alt key and drag an icon off a toolbar at any time without opening the Customize Toolbars dialog box.
To add icons from one toolbar to another:
With the Customize Toolbars dialog box open, drag an icon off one toolbar onto another.
or
Hold the Cmd/Alt key and drag an icon off one toolbar onto another without opening the Customize Toolbars dialog box.
To change the shape of toolbars:
Position the Pointer over the corner of a toolbar.
Drag the toolbar to the new shape
